Your body holds.
Energy stays high through the week. Sleep regulates. Weight, training, the things you'd been white-knuckling stop requiring willpower and start running on their own.
You've done the work — built the business, the income, the life. And the same invisible ceiling caps your wealth, your health, your relationships, and your meaning, all at once.
It isn't discipline. It's a belief running below your awareness, in your nervous system, where willpower can't reach. Break Your Ceiling finds it and rewrites it — so the next level finally holds.

You have already built something real. The income works. The discipline works. From the outside it looks like you've arrived. And yet — three years later, the income hasn't moved, the body hasn't moved, the same fights keep coming home, the same low-grade dissatisfaction keeps showing up Sunday night. You've tried the books, the coaches, the protocols, the off-sites, the apps. Each one works for three weeks, and then slides back to baseline.
You didn't fail at any of it. The ceiling isn't on top of you — it's inside you, encoded as a belief in your nervous system, below the layer willpower can reach. Until you rewrite it, the level holds you exactly where it has always held you.

The same belief that caps your income caps your body, your relationships and your sense of meaning. That's why willpower in one domain never holds — it's the wrong layer. When the belief underneath rewrites, the four domains move together. By month six, these are the changes people in this room actually report:
Energy stays high through the week. Sleep regulates. Weight, training, the things you'd been white-knuckling stop requiring willpower and start running on their own.
The fight you've been having for ten years stops being the fight. Your partner notices. The people closest to you remark on it before you do.
The decisions you knew were due — the price, the offer, the conversation you avoided — stop feeling impossible. You make them. And wealth follows the decisions.
The low-grade dissatisfaction that's been running in the background for years simply stops broadcasting. You wake up on Monday wanting your actual week.
Members report that these aren't peak moments that fade — the shifts hold months after the protocol stops being a daily focus. We don't claim research-grade trait measurement; we report what people in this room tell us.
Less rumination, less negotiation, less talking yourself into things. The signal under the noise gets loud enough to act on the first time.
Not the headline — but most members report a quieter, more grounded baseline as the nervous system settles. It tends to show up uninvited.
The ceiling is one layer. Move it, and the four domains of your life stop fighting each other and start moving in the same direction.
This is the work. Four phases, run in order, cycled across the six months — because as one layer of the ceiling lifts, the next layer surfaces.

Nervous-system safety.
You can't rewrite a belief while your body is in protection mode. Every session opens with a calibrated meditation that brings the room into a regulated, ventral-vagal-leaning state — drawing on Porges' polyvagal model — from which the subconscious layer becomes available to work with.

Emotion → Memory → Belief.
From a regulated state, we trace the chain backwards. We start with the emotion currently running in your body, follow it to the memory that anchored it, and surface the belief that has been running underneath ever since. It's almost never the belief you'd have guessed from intellectual inventory.

EMDR-derived bilateral stimulation + reconsolidation.
EMDR is recommended by the WHO and is established as a first-line intervention for PTSD and trauma (de Jongh 2024, doi:10.1002/jts.23012). Break Your Ceiling uses EMDR-derived bilateral stimulation adapted for belief work, combined with memory reconsolidation. The memory stays. The emotional charge holding the old belief in place dissolves.

New identity anchoring.
We use the biological window in which the nervous system treats vividly-felt experience as real to anchor a new belief in the body — not as an affirmation you're hoping will stick, but as a default the subconscious starts running from. Through the live coherent group field, your daily practice, and walking the new identity into the world until your nervous system stops calling it a lie.
"What's specifically unusual about this work is the sequence. Most modalities try to install a new positive belief onto a dysregulated nervous system. The body knows it's a lie. Starting with safety, dissolving the emotional charge using EMDR, and then practicing the new identity until the nervous system stops calling it a lie — that's the actual mechanism, and it's overdue."

Whatever Fabian is integrating at the consciousness-research frontier as it comes in.

I spent twenty-five years building B2B tech at the executive level — while quietly maintaining a meditation practice on the side. In 2016 I came back to the inner work seriously, this time with the science training to read the consciousness research as it was coming out of the labs. The Belief Systems Methodology is what I built between then and now, and what I now run live with people who've hit a ceiling effort alone can't break.
Methodology informed by peer-reviewed research published in Nature, Science, JAMA, NEJM and PNAS, and by the Penrose-Hameroff Orch-OR literature, Kerskens & Pérez 2022, and Wiest 2025 (Neuroscience of Consciousness, Oxford Academic).
"$2,000 in unexpected income — after session one."
Reported by a member after the first session. Member-reported result, not a typical outcome or income guarantee. Pricing and fit are decided on the call.
There's no checkout button on this page on purpose. Enrollment is by application, and it starts with a free 60-minute 1-on-1 with Fabian. We map where the ceiling actually sits in your life, and you leave with a clear next step — whether we end up working together or not.
Pricing and structure are discussed on the call, in context of your actual situation.
The frontier that makes a regulated, coherent nervous system worth taking seriously.

Behavior research and neuroscience converge on the same finding: the large majority of what you actually do runs below conscious awareness, on a layer that is structurally modifiable when the nervous system is regulated. That's the door this work goes through. You don't need to understand any of this for the protocol to work on you — but if you want to know why it operates where it does, the research that informed the design is here.
Visualization happens in the conscious mind — the same surface layer the ceiling sits underneath, and the layer where willpower lives. The Belief Systems Methodology operates somatically, in a regulated nervous-system state, on the deeper layer where the belief is actually encoded. That's why the rewrite holds when the visualization didn't.
Rewrite the belief. The level finally moves.
Penrose and Hameroff propose that conscious experience involves quantum processes inside neuronal microtubules — Orchestrated Objective Reduction. They themselves note that several of their predictions have held up and none have been clearly refuted (Penrose & Hameroff 2014, doi:10.1016/j.plrev.2013.08.002); the broader theory remains contested and is not consensus neuroscience. We cite it as the frontier of consciousness research that takes coherence in the brain seriously — not as proof of how this protocol works.
Kerskens & Pérez (2022) reported MRI signals consistent with quantum-like processes in the living human brain; Wiest's 2025 review (Neuroscience of Consciousness, Oxford Academic) compiles further experimental indications. These are early findings, not yet broadly replicated. They make a coherent, regulated nervous-system state a research-worthy substrate — they do not prove the methodology produces them.
Lazar's MRI work documented gray-matter changes after eight weeks of mindfulness practice. Brewer's PNAS work mapped default-mode-network shifts in experienced meditators. Kahneman's dual-process work (System 1 / System 2) established that most behavior runs automatically, below deliberate control. Together they support the design choice: work in a regulated state, on the automatic layer, with a protocol — not on the surface mind, with willpower.
“I learned how to embody transformation. There's a lightness of being that I didn't have before.”

6 years of dedicated practice before the breakthrough.
Read about them but it never resonated.
Dissolved at the root.
Constant — even after six years of dedicated practice.
A thought pops up but it's so superficial now — it just goes away.
Stalled.
$2,000 in unexpected income after session one. Free phones plus a fixed car shortly after.
20 years in the military — seemed like an awful steep road.
What seemed like an uphill battle suddenly felt freeing.
Not accessible.
Steady, present, 360-degree awareness.
Intellectual understanding.
I'm a different person. I learned how to embody transformation.

I realized that I hold the belief in my nervous system that says visibility is dangerous. This has been a huge awakening.
— Debbie H.
This absolutely shows how effective this protocol is. You're a Master Class on how to run a coaching membership.
— Angela Parr
It allowed me to forgive and gently bring my energy back to myself.

People close to me are also seeing a huge change in me — one they probably never thought possible.
— K., Germany
It is part of my new life — having more beautiful connections in my life.
— Tomas
I am proud of me. I am worthy. I deserve time for myself. Doing this work, I caught my inner filter in the act — it was constantly scanning whether anything I did was for someone else.
— Susanne
No wonder I have been exhausted for most of my life — I had been so misaligned with my own energy.

If nothing else from this page sticks, take this:
The ceiling isn't a discipline problem. It isn't a “you haven't tried hard enough” problem. It's a layer problem. You've been working the surface mind, and the surface mind isn't what your life responds to.
The room exists. The protocol works. I'll be here when you're ready.
If this page resonated — book the call. If it didn't, close the tab. I'd rather you walk away clean than enter without full consent. Pressure-closing the wrong people degrades the field for everyone already in the room.
Whichever path you take — thank you for reading the whole way down.
— Fabian
You've done the work. This is the layer that finally makes it hold.
